Did you moan on Facebook as well? I'm sure it's because I moaned so much on there that they sent it. They had promised me it would be sent before and it never was, so maybe they listened to the facebook complaints. Let us know if you get your order, I will keep everything crossed for you.

I got a dispatch notification at midnight - it's showing up as loaded onto vehicle for delivery...so maybe...? I've got everything crossed!

awww thanks hun i moaned on fb yesterday & spoke to the manager keith the day before so fingers crossed

Sorry to hear of all the troubles people have had with Brand Alley, I was lucky enough to have received my perfumes quickly not that they were for Christmas though. I too don't think I will be using them again, I'm not too keen on these kind of sites and seeing how others have been treated has put me right off placing further orders.

Can't believe people are having such a hard time with brandalley deliveries atm, I love brandalley and buy so much from there and i've never had a problem! I guess making a code like this so close to the christmas deadline means they're going absolutely mental trying to get stuff dispatched, snow as well, I just expect a brandalley purchase to turn up in about a month ha

I am utterly and completed disgusted by this useless company called Brandalley. After being lied to for weeks even as recent as yetsreday, I have just spoken to someone after being on hold for 49 minutes that I will definitely not receive my order by tomorrow but it is likely to be with me by the end of the month!!:mad:
Considering I ordered on the 25th of November this is truly appaling service and I am soooooo mad.

I now need to go out later and try and get a little present for hubby as all his presents were in my order, I am not impressed and can never see myself buying from this crap company again.

well my order has arrived. It was mostly correct - but they seem to have replaced two male toiletry sets with teenage girl 'forever friend' type things. On the invoice there was a sticker stating 'to follow' but it didn't refer to what.

Given that they were only a few pounds each I'll just give them to a charity shop/ church fete or something - but will send an email to point it out. Thankfully the things that were replaced were just stocking fillers so it isn't the end of the world. I'm just relieved that the stuff for my nephews and nieces is here and ok.

I'm keeping everything crossed for anyone else waiting for stuff - hopefully some of you get what you've been waiting for!
