I got an email 3 days ago saying order sent, just tracked it online and says out forn delivery with courier (dhl) Hope you all get your orders.0

Well I've now been told it will be sent for delivery tomorrow as it is still being prepared! It will be dispatched tomorrow, so I definitely won't get my order for xmas :mad:0

Has anyone spoken to Jason at Brandalley today? From the conversation I had with him this morning I get the feeling he has just decided that he is going to tell everyone that he speaks to that there is no chance of getting a delivery before Christmas, without even checking that this is correct or offering to help. I know in the great scheme of things nobody has died & there are more important things to be worried about but I keep thinking about the appalling customer service. I have not had any replies to e-mails and apart from one agent called Matthew the others that I have spoken to sounded like dis-interested teenagers who couldn't care less whether I got my order or not!! I love Christmas and finding presents that I know my family will love but I'm now stressing that I have to go and find similar items with notalot of money left whilst Brandalley have had my money for a month!! Sorry! Rant over, I just knew you would all understand!! I will go and get over it!! Christmas will be wonderful without these presents!! I hope you all have a wonderful Christmas too! xxx0

After spending 20mins on phone yesterday i was told that my order should be with me by yesterday....no dispatch email, i said look be honest, if it is not dispatched just tell me so i can go and buy new presents...no def dispatched. No order today either, spent 37 mins on phone, girl told me she needed to speak to warehousewho were all at lunch...to which i went mad!! She assured me she would call me back, i said not going by the online forums you wont! Then found the facebook page and posted a blazing post about how **** they are and i would never order from them again, 10mins later had a call from the Director of Brandalley apologising profusely and i told him what i thought, he assured me he had my order prioritised and it would def be with me tmrw...we shall see!0

I have just popped on to be fair to brandalley and parcelforce, my parcel was tracked out of their warehouse at 00.20 this morning, it was delivered to me at 9.45am.:T same day delivery!!!0 -
Just had a call from Hannif at BA apologising profusely regarding my parcel (ordered 17/11/10 still not arrived) and am awaiting a return call from him
Oh and he has asked me to remove my posts from Facebook regarding they're shoddy customer services

See BrandAlley on Facebooki've posted on fb now so hopefully they will tell me if my order has finally been dispatched or not as i need to get replacement presents if they aren't going to arrive tomorrow

Well I definitely won't be removing my comments from FB and I think it is wrong for them to ask people to. I actually agree with the comments from the person on FB staying that they will contact Trading Standards. I will be doing the same also after Christmas.0
