That is what I got told last week so I advised them to remove the item that was out of stock and they said it would be posted straight away. I called today and was told it would be posted tonight or tomorrow. I really do hope that you get your order but as we are all being promised the same thing I'm not so sure.

thanks i hope you get yours too i spent £331.40 on my order so really hope it does as i can't really afford to go buy more presents

i work in the mail center and its madness dont know about dhl but its not looking good if they are delivered by pasrcel force . im waiting on 2 orders

Think they tried to deliver mine today but I was out so going to pick it up tomorrow!

BrandAlley have said they'll send it today for definite everyday for the last three weeks. The manager apologized and said the staff don't want to let people down, so they say they'll send it. He said the warehouse is packed, they have hardly any staff, and Parcelforce are not picking up parcels for pre-christmas delivery anymore.

I'm not sure if what he is saying is right, because everyone seems to be getting told that their orders will be posted, but as my order isn't even showing as dispatched I think I'll give up.

I'll have to try and catch a random train and buy gifts tomorrow, but they will never be as good as what I'd ordered! And with no food....today has been dreadful

My order still says being prepared & Iwas promised it was being shipped today - not really holding out any hope now

really?? :eek: i spoke to him after you spoke to him (if it was keith that you spoke to?) & he said that their collections had been extended due to the bad weather last week as the email they sent out was saying their couriers deliver to the 23rd & now they've extended until 24th. i have little gifts for family members here & if my order doesn't arrive on time i might just put an iou in with their little gifts & give them their main presents when they finally arrive

No parcel today so phoned them about an hour ago. my order is STILL being packed:(:( the lady i spoke to said it will go tonight and i will have it tomorrow, i said yeah i was told that monday, we have no snow here so IF they send it out tonight i could get it, but quite frankly I don't believe them.

I simply haven't got the money to go out and re buy the stuff. so I am just going to look c rap christmas day. my sils whole present is in that order so i have nothing to give her at all!

They have now removed the expected delivery date message from my order!!

I have received my order today but my husbands order has not arrived yet. I must admitt it was really well wrapped, I am impressed with that.

I have at last got a tracking e-mail & my parcel is in Glasgow - hopefully I will get it in time - fingers crossed
