nothing here either i only ordered perfumes aftershave and a toy but it was 95% of my christmas present s and am gutted i may not receive them before chrimbo what a joke of a site 25th november ordered hope i and all the other people waiting for christmas presents receive them by chrimbo

Well I emailed them yesterday - had no reply but I have just received an 'order sent' email and the parcel is now at my local depot so it's looking like I may well receive it before Xmas afterall :j

order placed on the 25th here too - still no dispatch, reply to emails etc. Will be so angry if this isn't even dispatched - especially after the email last week 'guaranteeing' christmas delivery.

It's one thing to have things stuck in the postal network, another for companies to not even dispatch after nearly a month. :mad:

I haven't received confirmation of dispatch, as I was promised yesterday. My order is still being prepared, apparently.

I've just called them (AGAIN) and the guy said my order would be dispatched tonight (after being told yesterday that it would be dispatched last night). I told him I didn't want to be lied to and that I just wanted to know whether or not my order was going to be sent out at all. I was put on hold and was then told that an email was being sent to their dispatch department to ensure my order is prioritised. We'll see.

I called them last week because my order hadn't been received. They advised me that they are waiting for an item that is out of stock. I told them to cancel that item so it could be dispatched straight away. I was told that I would definitely get it by yesterday, so far I've not received it and it is still showing as being prepared. I am so angry as I have loads of stocking fillers in the order. I would have gone out and brought other stocking fillers but as they said it would definitely be here I didn't bother. Now we are snowed in so won't be able to get out before xmas to get anything else.

I got a dispatch email at midnight, and my parcel has just arrived.
Posted yesterday, though, and the Parcelforce man said they were cutting it very fine to get them delivered on time.

I hope everyone else gets what they are waiting for today too, I'll be unsubscribing from the daily email and I doubt I'll be ordering again.

Well done hun, glad you got it. Maybe they are starting to send them out now in a panic, hopefully I'll get mine sometime soon. Still not holding out much hope though :mad:
