  • I called Brand Alley on Friday and I was told my order would arrive today, which it hasn't. I called again this morning and apparently it is going to arrive tomorrow. The guy I spoke to said I should receive my dispatch email today/tonight.

    i think they tell you different things each time you ring as i was told yesterday that my order was all there & that they had 3 things still to box up & then when i phoned just now they said that one item still hasn't arrived & that they are shipping the rest today & that i should receive a dispatched email either today or tomorrow morning!! i've ordered most of the adults in my family's presents from them so they's better send!! luckily the item that hasn't arrived supposedly is for me so not so worried about that one

    Hmm, it doesn't look too promising does it? I really hope everyone's orders arrive on time.

    Snap. I phoned yesterday to be told it had been dispatched on Saturday, today I rang again and was told I'll get the dispatch email tonight and it'll come next-day tomorrow.

    It's one item, so I really don't understand why it's taken 2 weeks to process!

    I was told the same the goods where there ready for despatch - however today I have logged into my account and it says refund in process. I have just phoned them only to be told that they had a problem with receiving partial orders from suppliers and the boots were no longer available and a refund would be made within 5 -7 days.
    I asked them why we have received emails saying the good are in stock and delivery is guaranteed before christmas and they told me that this was a blanket email and was sent to everyone by mistake


    I for one am digusted with the lack of customer service from these guys and even though they have agreed to refund me my postage and put an additional £ 4.95 credit on my account for free postage in the future - I will NOT be ordering from them ever again.

    Hope everyone else has a bit more luck.

    my order was for 19 items :o they sent out 2 a week or so ago & am now waiting for the other 17 which they say 1 is not in the warehouse yet :( the item is a christian audigier bag which will be sent separately when it arrives. i'm just getting really concerned that with all the snow my 16 items might not arrive before christmas :( & i thought i was being really organised ordering most of the adults in my family's presents in november :rotfl:

    I've rang again, and asked to speak to management. They said the warehouse has many things packed, but couldn't get them to couriers because of the snow. He's promised my order will go to Parcelforce tonight, and come tomorrow. It usually goes to HDNL, so if I get a Parcelforce tracking number I'll be very surprised.

    To be honest, I wish I'd just bought it from somewhere else now. It's getting far too close to Christmas for my liking...I hope all of your items do come in time, you'd think they'd want the warehouse space!

    thanks :) i might give them a call later & ask to speak to a manager too ;) i'm sort of wishing i bought from elsewhere too but it would have cost me a lot more if i had!

    I phoned last week (Wed) and they told me my items were being packed and would be with me shortly. Still no order, and no dispatch email.
  • Sorry guys, I cannot get onto Brandalley Account as at work, does anyone have a contact phone number as I have 20 items i am still waiting for delivery ....that "Guaranteed before Christmas" promise is not looking too good!
