BrandAlley shoppers?

Initially got my order with one item to follow. 24 hours later that one item was despatched so it doesn't necessarily involve a further long delay. I bought perfumes.

i got an email 1st thing friday saying my order would be dispatched within the next 48 hrs but no dispatched email just got off the phone to them & apparently 3 more items need to be packed so it should be posted tomorrow!! talk about cutting it fine!! i just hope they arrive before christmas as i ordered most of the adults in my family's present from them!

i ordered £200 odds worth of stuff mainly perfumes and 3 x Copenhagen Candles.
I've just got off the phone from brand alley, and my order was sat waiting for the 3 candles which haven't been delivered to them from the supplier yet.
The lady I spoke to said that they will only dispatch the whole order together, so I said I really want the other stuff and i'm not bothered about £6 worth of candles(actually £3 after 50% off), even if i have to still pay for them and not get them i'd rather the other stuff was sent, she said she will see if she can cancel them or move them to another order but will get my other stuff sent out tomorrow, they use parcel force next day, so there is still hope for me!

Just called as no Parcelforce number materialised. Was told that Parcelforce are due to collect all their deliveries from Fri to Mon today as they haven't been able to yet due to the snow and that there should be a tracking number tonight/tomorrow. Mine has to come to NI so I don't hold out much hope of getting this in time now, what with the bad weather affecting flights etc.

I phoned this morning too, was told my order had been posted Saturday but have no tracking number, he said that would be generated tonight. He said my order would come tomorrow, or Wednesday at the latest.

I ordered this almost two months ago, and I can't believe I'm going to have to try and find another one from somewhere else.

i've got a feeling that i'm going to have to go out shopping on christmas eve if they don't hurry up!!

They have just cancelled part of my order & refunded me - thankfully it was one of the items that was for me & at last my order is moving to being prepared state

I wouldn't get too excited until you've got a dispatch email, to be honest. The important order I am waiting for has been being prepared for almost two weeks, and is just one item.

Had the email last week to say my order would be with me before Christmas, but with no dispatch email it's looking extemely unlikely now. Have just emailed them for what it's worth.

Don't want to put anyone's hopes up, but my perfume had been with me for around 2 hours when the despatch email arrived.
