  • Well I don't think I'll be ordering from Brandalley again. I've placed 6 orders over the last year and had problems with every single one of them! Every single time I've end up with an "Order Delayed" email. A couple of weeks later having heard nothing else I call customer services to be told that my order will be dispatched within the next 24-48 hours. Great, but WHY WAIT UNTIL I CALL!!! I find it really hard to believe that I just happen to call up the day before they planned to send out my order on 6 separate occasions. I'm left feeling like it's just been sat in their warehouse and I've been forgotten about until I call to remind them I exist and am still waiting!

Then there was the order of oven dishes. Packed in a box that was so huge it could almost have held an oven, my four oven dishes were protected by a single layer of bubble wrap. Well, I say oven dishes, by the time they arrived the only thing they were any good for was a mosaic in a pretty shade of green. Smashed to smithereens! Very apologetic on the phone and a refund duly issued.

Yesterday I got fed up of waiting to hear about my 6th delayed order so called up and was told that it would be sent out within 24-48 hours. I've just this moment received an email refunding me one of the items as they've had a problem with the supplier short shipping. Great. So now I've requested a complete order cancellation and refund as it was for a matching bedspread and duvet set so one isn't much use to me without the other.

I really am quite fed up with them. Their prices might be good, but I don't like the long waits that I have to chase up and feeling like I've been lied to.
