I rang customer services today to get an update on my refund to be told that someone would ring me back. Nobody rang (surprise, surprise!!!). I have however been sent an e-mail. Trouble is it's in French and although I have a grade C O-level my French isn't good enough to translate the e-mail. Guess I'll have to ring them again tomorrow and spend my lunch half-hour waiting to get through. Anyone else had this e-mail?0

I sent an email a couple of days ago and hadnt received a reply so rang them today. Finally got through to someone after 8 minutes of rubbish music intermittantly being played.
I was told my order would be sent next week as they were awaiting an item (a lighter) and even if it hadnt arrived by next week at the latest they would endevour to send what was in stock already.
Told them to cancel my lighter and send the rest of the items instead. Have since had my lighter costs refunded, so we'll see if the rest of the order turns up next week. Seeings as they shouldnt be waiting for any other items frok my order I will expect it to arrive at the latest wed. If not I will be ringing again and letting them know exactly what I think of their despatch times and customer services.
It has taken them 5 weeks to date to cancel and refund 2 other items which they were unable to get. Very annoyed that they've held my money for those items 5 weeks without being able to fulfil the order.
I hate to think how much interest they have gathered from all the orfders they have been unable to fulfill part/all of. A nice little earner for a company methinks and one which should not be allowed :mad:0 -
Anyone had the £20.00 voucher credited to their account?0

Just a quick update on my missing item.....
I commented on FB a few times and finally got a message from them via facebook. Eventually after a bit of complaining Keith from Customer Services rang to apologise and said he would cancel the missing item as he doesn't think it will be found. He also advised me that there was already £20 on my account but that he would also add another £20.00 as a good will gesture. I asked why I couldn't see the £20.00 on my account and he said that when you go to checkout it asks if you want to use any vouchers and then they show at that point.
Good luck everyone else with their missing orders etc...0 -

I've just gone right through to the check out and mine isn't there, even though they said on the phone and i've had an email telling me it would be there by the weekend.:( i think i can see where its supposed to be. I want to order some ray bans for my dad and that ends sunday so i hope they do it tomorrow!0 -
the CEO Rob Feldmann sent me a text yesterday asking when is convenient fro him to call me over the weekend so wonder what he has to say?:beer: Happy Bargain Hunting!! :beer:0

Just logged into today and have a £40 voucher added to my account
Half the order has arrived still missing 5/6 bits on the email its still says awaiting supllier stock.0 -
