    Can anyone tell me how to write on brandalleys wall:o I'm being really thick, they say send an email to [EMAIL="brandalley@facebook"]brandalley@facebook[/EMAIL] (which i did yesterday) and i still haven't had a reply!:mad:

    did you manage to work out how to post on their wall? if not you just coment on one of their posts & they tend to get back to you quite quick ;)
    i had a call from the CEO of brandalley on monday who seemed a very nice man & is personally sorting out what's happening with the rest of my order which was cancelled & seeing if they can get replacement similar items for me, refund & voucher :) he may regret giving me his mobile no. though as if i have any problems in the future i know how to contact him :rotfl:i

    Yeah thanks i don't know if it was switched off or something:o (can they do that?) but the next day i tried again and the comment box was there - i'm suuuure it wasn't before:D

    I had a phone call today, my last item from my order has been cancelled today,its lost in the warehouse or something! i should get a refund and an extra £10 credit according to the message that was left on my answerphone.
  • I rang on Monday and spoke to them again about my refund. It's not a great deal of money but BA have had it since 26/11/10 and as it's a long time til payday I need every penny this month. Anyway the man I spoke to promised me again that he would ensure the refund was sorted and I would get an e-mail to confirm that day. Of course I havn't heard anything since and don't know what to do next! I'm not on Facebook and nobody is replying to my e-mails (except in French)!! :(

    you can just send an email to [EMAIL="Facebook@brandalley.co.uk"]Facebook@brandalley.co.uk[/EMAIL] I am on fb but the emails i've been sending them haven't been through fb at all, just my normal email account, and they reply to there as well. hth

  • Finally received some of my order today. This is the same order that when I rang about last week there was only one item waiting for them to receive from their supplier. I cancelled the item (lighter) so I could receive the rest of the items rather than waiting any longer.

    After all that I got an email yesterday stating 2 items are still waiting to be gotten from their supplier, so today my parcel was 2 items less than promised from the phone conversation I had. Basically I cancelled an item just so they could fulfil my order and receive it quicker for no reason. They're a bunch of liars and my only wish is the company goes bust through lack of return custom and bad feedback.

    So basically 6 weeks on I have a partially filled order sent and received today, one item cancelled by myself, 2 items they were unable to get stock for, and 2 items still not in stock awaiting delivery from supplier. While they have had a good wack of my money gaining interest in their bank for 6 flipping weeks laughing at all us gullible customers.
  • Hi - I have just recommended a friend to use Brand Alley. We should both now receive a £10 voucher. Does anyone know how long this should take to appear on my account. I want to use it to buy something else and I don't want the item to go oos!
