BrandAlley shoppers?

I've just recieved an email saying my order will be here before Christmas...it was a generic email, as I haven't contacted them, but unfortunately it doesn't state which order they mean.

Still, it says the warehouse is working 24 hours a day, and the couriers will deliver up to the evening of the 23rd.

argghh just had the same email surely if it says my order will be with me guaranteed then so it should, the email states they have checked the warehouse and my items have arrived i had a despatch email last week for the toys that i ordered still not received so the only despatch note i am waiting for is my boots surely thats wat they ment ???

I also got that email too, its says my order has been being packed for nearly a week now...

Im so glad I done 2 seprate orders as I got the train table for my little boy for £50 but didnt wanna chance that not arriving in time.... I think its a case of keeping my fingers (an toes crossed) that the rest will get here.

Just received my order which had a couple of jean paul gaultier classique 100ml and both the tins are dented and they also rattle when shook, i don't mind the dents but do you reckon they are broken inside. They are presents so I can't open them to look.

To those that have received their orders, who delivered it? I got a missed delivery card from DHL today, wondering if this could be it? x

Mine always come with HDNL...your dispatch email should tell you who is delivering yours

I got that email too. Called them today as it's snowing and where I had put for delivery will be closed for Christmas from next Tues, so if it doesn't come on Monday I'm in trouble because its on its way to Parcelforce at the moment and delivery address can't be changed by Brandalley now. I never thought it would take so long. To be fair the guy I spoke to was very helpful and said I would get a tracking number from Parcelforce tonight, so I can at least track it down. It looks like I can possibly change delivery address with Parcelforce online for £5.50 after I get the number. Fingers crossed! Hope it was worth the wait.
