Just called up regarding my order..... which was family fortunes game, ed hardy bag, cheese knife set, and a lip balm. They said it was received at warehouse, is currently being packed up and to expect it Wednesday next week, yet no official dispatch notice yet.

Also my other order was flowerbomb, and they said they are expecting it this week, so may be late next week or early the week after for delivery.

Im going away the 21st, so im hoping it comes soon!

I've just checked my account and the order with Flowerbomb says being prepared so there's hope for us Viktor and Rolf ladies. I would think it would arrive next week if they are getting it ready for dispatch now.

i sent an email last week and had a reply today saying its being prepared and will be despatched within 48 hours.

Both my orders now show as 'being prepared' And they said I should have them by the end of this week.

I rang them Friday about my two orders and they said they could not say when either of them would be dispatched to me for certain. All I got from them was "They are coming from France". Lovely. I therefore decided to cancel my first order to my work's address as we break up next week and no-one would be here to sign for it and they told me I would have a refund. When I checked my refund afterwards they had not refunded me any postage charges, so just be careful folks because it sounded to me like they could not guarantee my parcels arriving before Xmas after all, and I ordered on 28th November. :eek:

I'm getting a bit concerned....I've had four parcels from the now, from about 9 different sales. I'm waiting on four more before Christmas. The delivery has always been a bit hit and miss, but I had thought they'd make it a little more clear if the parcel would be suitable for Christmas. All my items said they would be, but the delivery estimate is the 24th December! It's more the quality that's bothered me. A few things have been damaged, and look like returns, and a few have not come in the packaging I expected. For example, a designer watch was boxless, just in a clear bag. I know there's nothing wrong with that, but it won't make a good Christmas present now....gahh.

Just checked my order status and it says 'order in progress', I sent them an email asking could they confirm delivery would be in time for Christmas and I got and email back almost immediately saying 'thank you for your email, blah blah, we will get back to you with in 48 hours', it's starting to annoy me ever so slightly now and what you have said Elle7 doesn't exactly inspire confidence in them!
