BrandAlley shoppers?

This has worried me a bit..I ordered from the Gordon Ramsey sale too, but it definately said arrival before Christmas. What does your dispatch dates say?

had a despatch email only for some toys not sure why they told that julie my order contained a few toys and a pair of boots all the toys have been despatched but no boots they said they would be sent as soon as they receive them waaaaaaaa i want my booots pmsl

Nope, still no dispatch email I ordered boots too mandycr, it will be warm and springlike before our bits and pieces arrive. I did however get an email from them this morning about their 90% off sale. No, BrandAlley, I shan't be tempted by you until you actually send out stuff people have already ordered!

I ordered the Jelly Belly bath set from the lotions gift set sale - whatever it was called - and the leather cat draft excluder. I just double checked and that was ordered on 30th of Nov.

I also placed another order for two bath soap gift sets on 2nd of Dec. and that is now showing dispatched.

It must depend either on the popularity of the item or just the brand itself....

I ordered boots and perfumes on 26th november, money went from bank a few days ago but still no dispatch email! Get an email from them daily promoting a sale though. Don't think i'll use again.

Same here I think, Happi. If they cancel my order now I will go crackers. You can sense the Christmas mania only a mother gets coming off me in waves!

I ordered on 25th November the money was taken 5 days later and still no communication from brandalley with regards to despatch - I have also checked online and no update is showing.

Just telephoned them and they say its not due to be despatched until 19th - 22nd December but i will defo get it before christmas. I am a Bit concerned now as with the adverse weather conditions I dont think they can guarantee delivery before christmas with such a late delivery time. Not sure whether to cancel my 2 orders now - but I too very much doubt I will order from them again.

To cancel or not?????? Really want the items and to be honest if I did cancel them I am lucky to be in the position that I dont have to run out and find replacement pressies as a couple of the items where for me and a few other items for my hubbie but I have got him loads already lol.

What are everyone else's thoughts? Do you think we will get our stuff?

i think we will probably be ok i bought loadsw of pressies on there but if they don't arrive by christmas i'll just explain to family members that they have presents to come luckily i didn't order anything for the kids except pj's for christmas eve lol

Sadly, the only thing I really wanted was the Ramsay Food Processor which I could certainly justify spending £40 on instead of £80, but they have since refunded me the money as they couldn't fulfill the order, so I'm hopeful you get your Ramsay products.

On another note, does anyone know if I can set up an account on behalf of my fiance (who lives with me) and when (and if) a 50% code comes along again, we both get a £10 voucher (as I recommended) and she would get her 50% discount with code, or is it strictly one account per household?? Seems like pushing my luck a bit too far, though I only set up an account with BA to get the Ramsay product which they can't honour, although I did buy a few Xmas pressies for loved ones too. Still waiting for dispatch email btw, but I have hope I'll get the goods before the 25th. .
