I take it then they just source their products and don't actually have a warehouse with them in it??? Funny way to trade but it obviously works for them and I suppose the rationale is that you are getting them at a bargain price and would have to pay more on the High St or other sites and the wait/refunds is the price you pay. I'll be taking it to the wire with Christmas pressies as I'd ordered the very difficult to buy for daughter a load of stuff.

I think they wait until the sale finishes then get the stock to send out. Just a thought though. My despatch date is 6th to 22nd so I keep checking in the hope it'll be earlier. Is it everyone with Flowerbomb who has a late estimate because it might be what we ordered? That sale is finished now so I'm just hoping it will come in time for Christmas otherwise my boys will have nothing to give me and my step daughter won't have the bag I got her.

Pain in the bum, isn't it?? My dispatch dates are 3rd-22nd of December, I nearly fell over myself getting the computer on on the 3rd to see if it had been dispatched, but sadly no. I'm in Northern Ireland, do they come through Royal Mail or courier, I wonder?

Worth the wait though, my first order but my friend orders a lot and she highly rates brand alley and told me not to panic.

Fingers crossed indeed wigwam, I wouldn't care only it's damned Christmas pressies, I'll be checking the computer for dispatch notices first thing, housework can fla off, I've more important things to be doing!

i ordered some boots and some toys with the same despatch time 3rd to 22nd so i dont think its just the perfume i also had an email the other day sayin one of my items was not instock and was issued a refund straight away so am kinda hoping that my boots and other bits are in stock

i ordered a toy kitchen which said in stock, delivery in 3 days, 10 days ago... have opened a paypal disute today, if they dont send it do i get my money back through paypal?
won't be using these guys again

like most people my stuff is for christmas presents but it did say when i ordered ' order before the 29th november for delivery before christmas' so i just hope they keep their word.

I received an e-mail yesterday, titled 'Your Brandalley Refund' My heart fluttered and I was frightened to open it but it was to tell me that they were unable to get hold of one of my items (a pen set that I added at the last minute and was least bothered about receiving) and they were actioning a refund. I too hope that this means I might receive the other items. They are all presents and mainly for my ds (CK boxers, aftershave and T-shirts). So want to see a dispatch e-mail soon! I havn't shopped with these before but my friend has and has had no problems so fingers (and toes) crossed!!!:)
