I ordered Tresor Perfume, Play your cards right board game, 5 inch heel Raxmax black boots and 10 inch heel Raxmax black buckle boots... says dispatch is due 6th - 23rd december... as long as it arrives before xmas i don't mind... thanks op

Brand Alley take the money quickly and then refund it if you aren't going to get your stuff. Mine is still available so I'm hoping I'll get what I ordered but I'll not hold my breath until the despatch email arrives.

WHAT??? So them deducting the money isn't a sign you'll actually get your stuff? I don't think my nerves can hold out to this 'grabbit' shopping much longer. I have spent longer than I care to admit fiddling about on the computer today, entering codes and paying for things I don't really need/can't afford. I'm turning the computer off right this minute (after another quick nosey, just to check, obviously) and will be switching on first thing to check for dispatch emails!

Sorry but last time I ordered from them they took the money then six weeks later cancelled most of the order, sent me the cheapest item and refunded the rest (took about a week for the refund). Them taking the money means nothing .

Get's stressful doesn't it - the whole money saving business. Although in my case I spend money I don't have and buy stuff I don't need so it's definately money spending expert for me .

I ordered a bottle of Viktor and Rolf Flowerbomb and my account says this -

Your order will be dispatched between 06-12-2010 and 23-12-2010

Other's who ordered the same have earlier despatch dates so I wonder if that means my order will not arrive?

Hiya, I've been using BrandAlley for years and it's true, they do take the money right away and sometimes orders do take a long time - but the quality of stuff I've always chosen is fantastic, brilliantly packaged - the only 1 thing I didn't like (smelt like it had gone off) was some super expensive purfume, but it had been reduced to a crazily cheap price - so I just took a chance. Personally I have always found them really helpful - and if they do cancel parts of your order - they come back in later sales - even tho it may take a few months. We recently moved and I've bought some beautiful things at a fraction of the original cost. HTH xxxx hope you all get your stuff soon x

Dear God, I don't like the sound of all their dispatch/refunding carry on. There had been a box on the site the day I ordered saying ''orders before the 29th of November guaranteed Christmas delivery', why would they raise my hopes if they can't actually guarantee anything?

I must admit the only experience I've had with Brand Alley isn't good. Ordered 12 cups and saucers and 4 matching mugs. They took the money immediately. They delivered the mugs weeks later (took about 12 weeks) and then said the cups and saucers were out of stock and refunded my card! I said I only ordered the mugs to match the cups and wasn't happy and I wanted my delivery charge refunded. This they eventually did but it all took so long. I would order from them again but only if time/delivery wasn't an issue. Hope you're all luckier than I was!
