Can I ask whether anyone has any experience ordering from Brand Alley before, I'm sure it's fine but how are they for delivering items quickly.

hi savvybunny am sure they are just like secret sales they take a couple of weeks sometimes more depends on wether the items are in stock

ps some of the boots are lovely got myself a pair and mum got 2 for 30 quid using the code hth

Brand Alley are a reputable company and I have never had any problems with them. Orders do sometimes take 4 weeks to arrive and the expected delivery time is usually accurate. I had one item delayed once and it tool 6 weeks to come, but they kept me well informed.

Not sure if the "bad" reviews are due to delivery time - but if you epect that then there is no issue. Also, I think you have to pay for returns yourself. Have no experience of customer services in general as never had a faulty item or the need to return anything. I have probably placed around 5 orders with them over the past year and had no concerns.

Returned item on Saturday and received e-mail regarding refund on Tuesday.

Goods delivered when stated - easy to track through account.

Do the items usually arrive within 2 weeks after the end of sales date?

I ordered a few things up to value of £50 but just noticed boots i ordered are not leather!!!! I can't cancel as my bank does visa verify so money on hold already.

Make sure you really want the goods you are ordering and really are a bargain people

I've probably made around 9 orders (I think) just this year on Brand Alley. If they already have the products then it will usually be same day dispatch. But if they have to wait for products then you'll get any estimated dispatch date in 'Your Account' section anyway. Can't fault Brand Alley

I've had one bad experience with them. I waited 6 weeks for some clothes for my baby. There were constat delays then they cancelled everything but a cheap Tshirt and charged £4.95 delivery so I saved nothing. It's not as bad as some stores I have had problems with but did put me off them for a while. I couldn't resist 50% off though.
