Hi - I ordered two items just about a week ago and my dispatch was between the 3rd and 22nd on one item and another was something like the 12 - 11 January and I was really worried as the latter one is a xmas gift. Checked email this morning and it says items have been dispatched....they just arrived here ten minutes ago so I am happy! So those with dispatch notices expect something shortly!

I want a dispatch notice, I hoaked out all the already purchased pressies and now cannot wait even more for said parcel, (and the damned asos necklace) what did you order Kittycat if you don't mind me asking? I ordered boots, Ed Hardy stuff and Vyella cream.

I am very concerned...

I had a tracking email from Quidco, Brand Alley tracking at £0.64, over 100 times!! It says purchase amount £0.00 beside it but over 100 entries on the same date for the same amount, what is going on??

I paid via paypal so I don't think there is any risk of fraud as it would show in paypal history but I can't get my head round what has happened? And of course I am thinking something untoward has taken place

If its the same as TCB then it was 64p to sign up to brandalley

Very odd, I only signed up once? Hopefully nothing sinister is afoot and they will sort it out their end, thanks, I can relax a little now.

Hi all
I have phoned Brandalley to ask about my order as still havent received anything and ordered on 25th nov. Spoke to a chap called Dave who was very helpful (I hope) said that none of your order is despatched until everything is in, asked him what was in and there was about half of my order. I ordered 2 gordon ramsay products which arent due in to after xmas apparently, so asked him if i could cancel them off of my order and also cancel everything that isnt in as well, he then made a decision that he would post out what was in and leave the other stuff to be despatched as and when it came in, BUT then said i will have to ring him friday and see whats happening (his exact words) and then try and despatch what he could. Hopefully he will stick to what he said.
