i too ordered the jean paul gaultier an it turned up with a big dent in the tin. Was really well packaged an inside another cardboard box with other clothes items so after reading your thread thinking maybe they are being sent out like this? anyone else order jean paul gaultier?

My order arrived today: flowerbomb, saucepand and 2 pairs ray bans.
All good except one of the outer rayban boxes was quite damaged.
Luckily (as I bought myself a pair!!!!) I have a spare box - would not have looked nice as a gift otherwise.
Thanks again OP - saved me a fortune for christmas!!

My order hasn't been despatch yet but had the email to say not to worry, but with snow on the way I cannot see couriers delivering, luckily it was my Christmas present from hubby so not too worried about late delivery, the same can't be said for secret sales though.

I have the same prob as you savvy- had email to say it would be here bofroe christmas and not to worry lol but i do worry as im off away from thursday

Hope your order gets to you on time butterfly! I am very surprised that I only ordered one flowerbomb, and many have already had theirs so I cannot see why the hold up, they have the stock? Problem is couriers here go pale at the sight of frost and refuse to deliver if the skies even threaten to drop a few flakes and as we have had snow I can't see it realistically getting here. I do sometimes wonder why they guarantee delivery when realistically they can't when it comes to 'acts of god'. Will be keeping everything crossed

I just got really excited :jas I received a dispatch email for one of my 2 orders, when I've checked only one item has been dispatched (of about 10). I'm worried now that they wont come in time for Christmas because I thought they would only post out all the items once they had arrived at the warehouse and been packed? The email said that my other items hadn't been received from the supplier and they would be sent out within 48 hours of their warehouse receiving them. Has anyone else had this?

My other order placed 1 day later is still showing on the a/c as 'order in progress'.

Ironically, the one thing they have dispatched (a pair of boots) was the only thing on the order not a Christmas present!

I had a despatched email last night and it is on the van on it's way to me now (snow allowing), there is still a few more delivery dates before Christmas so you may well get them. Have you tried calling them to see if they can find out waht's happening.

I will call them but I have to wait til Monday (they're only open Mon-Fri) If I dont get them before Christmas everyone will be getting an 'I owe you' on Christmas day! :eek:

I think it's more worrying that they've only sent one of the items than if they had sent none at all.

Still no tracking number- I was supposed to be sent one Fri night. Don't hold out much hope of getting anything before Christmas with this weather now. On line my order still says being prepared- it has been like that for 4-5 days now.
