1 of my ordered arrived last week - Minus the boots looking like they wont be delivered from what said in previous posts.

Items were well packaged - Had been given a tracking number - sent by parcelforce.

Still waiting on my 2nd order - Hopefully it will come tommorow or im gonna ahve to do a mad dash to finish the christmas shopping.

Hmm, hadn't been on but thanks for showing! Worrying...Their Facebook page seems to be full of upset customers too.

My item still hasn't been dispatched, and if it isn't soon there is no chance of it being delivered tomorrow.

To be honest, I want a straight answer about whether I'll get it or not, because I've bought and wrapped other presents to go with it so it'll be pretty obvious its missing! Looking around, there isn't anything similar in stock anywhere near me either...Gahhh! :eek:

arggghhhh have just checked my account and it says my order has been cancelled also received my other bits but i only bought them to make up the price now i aint getting my boots i am soo not happy

I still have no tracking number despite being told I would get one generated overnight for the second time! First time being last Friday. My account still says "order being prepared". I don't hold out much hope now. Looks like this order will be next year's Christmas presents!

I've just been on website and the British customer service number appears to have been replaced by the French one!!!

I have had £11 refunded to my Paypal account, for the Clarisse Grey Faux Fur Boots.
The rest of it says *order being prepared* this is after they promised to send out what they had last week.
Angry, NOOOOO, PMT, Stopped smoking and no delivery of Xmas presents. GGgggrrr

I am so sorry to hear about the cancellations and poor customer service communications, seems to be the same with most of these buy now wait a few weeks and we will send your items out kinda companies. At least you have your money back hun but it's no good if you wanted these for Christmas really.

I luckily did receive my flowerbomb and I really do love it, will use it sparingly though as I imagine we wont see it again at this price for a long time. Thank you so much op for sharing this, Flowerbomb was my borthday present and would not have been able to justify this at full price
