they phoned the warehouse & said it will definitely be dispatched today & that if it's before 5pm i'll receive my order tomorrow & if it's after i'll receive it friday!!! :eek:

That's pretty much the same as what they told me. They're cutting it a bit fine.

I ordered 25/11 and have had no dispatch email, just says "Order being prepared". Just called them and they assured me it had already been dispatched and should be with me today or tomorrow....we shall see...but i did have a bit of a go on the phone and said I didnt care if it had not been dispatched I jsut needed to know so I could go and buy other presents if needs be and they said no, it has definitely been dispatched...fingers crossed and still await my dispatch email!

I've just called them again and they are now saying my order will be dispatched tomorrow and that I will receive it on Friday!! Last week I was advised that I would receive it before now as it was being dispatched straight away!! Really not holding out much hope for this order :mad:

I'm not holding out much hope either.

I was told initially that my order was arriving yesterday, then I was told it was arriving today and now I'm being told it will arrive tomorrow. I will be VERY surprised if I see it tomorrow.

It's an absolute joke. They are lying to their customers and it's not right.

It's a joke. I was quite stroppy on the phone as I am fed up with chasing them. My order is over £130!! He said he would send an email to the warehouse to get it pushed though, so it will be dispatched tonight. I'm not stupid I know it is all lies :mad:

Hmmm...

Speaking to a manager just now, he has apologized for the differences in what his staff are saying, but has said that their is no way my second order has been dispatched. He said the status change and "Order Sent" email are automatic, when the product is scanned out of the warehouse.

No hope for the rest of my orders now, Sainsburys have just cancelled my Christmas shopping due tomorrow evening and I'm so fed up of the snow

I ordered over £200 worth of stuff.

Got one box load last week and the other one says it is on the delivery van in my area, so fingers crossed i get that too.

I do hope you all get your items in time for christmas xx
