I just got my order !!. I placed on 25th Nov. Ed hardy stuff and perfume, I have not had a despatch e-mail. Hope some others are lucky too.0

my order is supposedly waiting for parcelforce to pick it up & they say it will definitely be delivered tomorrow!! i can't see me getting it tomorrow tbh tho:beer: Happy Bargain Hunting!! :beer:0

So annoyed!! Just off the phone with a 'supervisor' as no managers available. Asked if my order had been dispatched as promised on 3 different occassions in the last 2 weeks. He told me that it hadn't and it wouldn't be now before Christmas as there were 7000 outstanding orders. I asked why mine couldn't be one of the ones dispatched and it's because orders before mine take precedence. I asked why I had been lied to over the last couple of weeks as each time I rang I was told that it was different items holding up the order but the rest would be dispatched. He blamed warehouse staff, the weather, Parcelforce etc before he got flustered and offered to cancel the order with a refund in 3-5 days. I cancelled as the items were all Christmas presents. He offered me a £10.00 voucher as a good will gesture! I told him not to bother as I wouldn't be using 'Brandalley' again. Dreadful customer service!!! I think he will be repeating the same excuses over and over again. Hope everyone else has a better result & you get your orders before Christmas!!!0

The last sale ended for my order on about 28th November so they've had plenty of time to get it sorted. Plus I was told at the beginning of last week that all the items were now there so not sure why it couldn't have been sent.
I have just looked on their facebook page, there's loads of unhappy customers on there!!0
