nothing yet here. The bit that has irritated me the most is the email sent on 16th December with the subject -
Your order will be with you before Christmas - guaranteed!
The email stated:
Dear Jonathan
If you haven’t received your order yet, please don’t worry.
We’ve checked with our warehouse and you’ll be glad to know that your goods have arrived and are ready for dispatch.
Our warehouse will be working 24 hours over the coming weekend, and our couriers will be delivering until the end of Thursday 23rd December to make sure that you will receive your order in time for the big day.
We can’t apologise enough for this delay. In the meantime, if you have any questions, either contact us or call us on 020 3060 1651 between 9am - 4.30pm, Monday to Friday.
Thanks for your patience.

If they'd said it might not be here I'd have had ample chance to go and get other items. But the above email made it sound so concrete! I'd accept it if it had been dispatched, and got stuck somewhere - that happens and it isn't really anyones fault. But to not even get it dispatched? :mad:

I placed my order on 26/11/10 and I have just realised that my 2nd order on my husband's account (placed later) has changed to dispatched (not holding my breath for delivery tomorrow) so think it is all a matter of luck as to whether you get an order or not. Doesn't appear to have anything to do with what you ordered or when!!! The 'supervisor' I spoke to didn't apologise once but kept going on about the weather being out of their control and after the e-mail was sent out last week guaranteeing Christmas delivery the warehouse was apparently shut for 4 days due to the weather!!! He was obviously completely out of his depth and didn't have a clue!!0

Good luck hopefully if it has been dispatched you will receive your order.
I can understand that the warehouse being closed for 4 days would have caused havoc but these orders should have been sent out weeks ago. Also when I called last week, the lady I spoke to supposedly spoke to someone in the warehouse and they said the order would be sent out straight away. It just seems to be lies all the way with them.0 -

Not impressed, received e-mail last Weds saying order def coming in time for xmas, then email Monday that my boots had been cancelled!
My order arrived yesterday, Necklace very well wrapped, so used small pr scissors to open it and realised i had cut through the chain! The chain is incredibly thin and cheap looking.
Won't be using them next xmas that's for sure!How much ?????????!!!0 -
I'm waiting for a manager to call me back. I was told it has been despatched but parcelforce "aren't sending out the tracking emails" (Bull!), he then gave me a tracking number which isn't in the parcelforce system at all. He then got very irate and tried to vlame the non delivery on parcelforce having "delays in my area" - except as far as I can tell they haven't sent it out so it's not parcelforce at all. I'm tempted to cancel, I have some lovely stuff in it but is also has most of my hubbies christmas presents.0

the tracking number they sent me last week wasnt valid with parcel force, but the parcel came very early the next morning and i have just received my boots through dhl, although they are going back cos they dont fit !!! typical ! dont lose hope yetI spent too much time on facebook, so deleted it !!!Found a new hobby!!!Just sooo expensive and time consumingCHEERS GUYS !!!!!!0
