    My order arrived today i'm pleased to say, and well worth the wait, to be fair to the company i have to say the combination of the way they supply orders and the record breaking weather we have had didn't help matters, biggest mistake they made was sending the guaranteed xmas delivery email! hindsight is a wonderful thing i guess.

    I have everything crossed you all get a delivery tommorrow. Merry xmas to all.

    Also managed to pick up my order tonight from the PO - not everything there & 1 of the items they cancelled is in the order but the stuff that was for xmas pressies is there so happy to wait for the rest - not sure if I would use BA again as the delivery time & Info provided was v poor but the quality of the stuff for the price is excellent

    Whoopy do..... They have put on facebook that we will all get a £20 voucher as a good will gesture. Well for my kids that wont soften the blow of not getting all their christmas pressies!! And anyway they have lied so much that I'd be surprised if this isn't just another lie!
  • promised phonecall from Keith never materialised - I spoke to Matthew who got rather irate when I pointed out how many times I've been lied to. The tracking ref he gave me is now working, although I still don't have a tracking email and my order status hasn't moved so who knows if that is actually my parcel. absolutely useless!

    Important Delivery Update

    Dear Jonathan
    If you haven’t received your order yet, we’re really sorry.
    We’ve been working very closely with our courier companies to deliver as much as possible in time for Christmas. But the appalling weather has caused us all sorts of hold-ups, which unfortunately means that some orders are still outstanding.
    So, we’re working 24 hours throughout the holiday period to catch up and get the rest of the Christmas deliveries out as soon as possible – snow and ice permitting.
    We want to let you know that everyone who received a guaranteed delivery promise from us, that didn't get their parcel in time for Christmas, will be automatically receiving a voucher worth £20 or more. This will be loaded onto your account within the next two weeks.
    And because of the delays, we’re extending our return’s period to 31 days for orders received between 15th December and 31st January. You can return anything you no longer want by Freepost. Just follow the usual returns process and our customer service team will issue you a Freepost address.
    Apologies again for the inconvenience caused.

  • During my conversation with a 'supervisor' this morning he offered me a £10 voucher as a sign of goodwill. I told him not to bother as I would not be using BA again! He has however ignored this and sent me an e-mail thanking me for my 'patience and understanding during our telephone conversation this morning' and confirmation £10.00 has been applied to my BA account as accepted by me!!!! I don't want it thanks!!!!! He has also added that I shouldn't hesitate to contact him if he can be of any further assistance!!!!!!!!!!!!! I don't think so as I cancelled my order after he told me it wouldn't be dispatched!!!!! :mad: Hoping I get my OH's order tomorrow as this is aftershave for my son and perfume for me. Either way I will be contacting the MD after Christmas (anyone got his/her name?) to suggest some training in customer service might be a good idea for the staff. Good luck tomorrow everyone! Have a feeling we will all be dreaming about BA tonight.

    Well I am in shock!!

    I received my order this morning, it arrived at 6.10am :eek:

    Maybe my moaning on Facebook worked, I don't believe I would have received it if it hadn't been for the numerous phone calls and facebook moans.

    I cannot open the boxes yet though because DH has ordered some stuff for me so he needs to look at it first and he's still in bed :(

    I will still be complaining big time after Christmas as the service we have received has been awful. I will also be contacting Trading Standards with regards to the poor service, as no customer should have to wait this long for a parcel to arrive, especially when they have paid for the items.

    Good luck everyone else waiting for their parcels, hopefully you will receive them as well.

    Anyway moan over, it's Christmas :j:j
