I got my despatch email at 01.00 today, and my parcel arrived 1 hour ago, and I live in Inverness!!!:T Really pleased with what I got and could not have afforded it without that code, so a massive thanks to the OP. :beer:
I REALLY hope all of you get your parcels, I felt sick :eek:when I thought mine would not be here, but miracles do happen! Merry Xmas to all!

I think that both posting on fb and threatening them with ts is and will hit a nerve wth BA? Had tried calling them three times today without success, but within an hour of me posting on fb I'd received two phone calls from them.. waiting on that all important third call confirming the exact whereabouts of my parcel. Have tomorrow at least to replace items if I'm not going to receive ba parcel, hardly the point though

certainly won't be using them again that's for sure

I think the more people who comment on their facebook page the better. Atleast people are getting a response on there even if it is a load of lies!

Here here! a lot cheaper than sitting on the telephone too! Think that we're enough out of pocket as it is!

I've posted too, thanks for the suggestion guys. I've abandoned any hope of getting the stuff for christmas though - it's my nephews/nieces that I feel sorry for. I'll have to venture out tomorrow to try and get something for them to open..

mine is supposedly being picked up by parcelforce tonight but i'm going to have to go buy back up presents now just incase the order doesn't arrive wish they would be more honest when they say it's being dispatched because now i don't believe them

Same here, just had a call from Hannif at BA saying the same thing!

Well I was promised a phone call but it never came. The order is still showing as 'Order Being Prepared'. So there is no way I will be getting my order :mad:

This is most definitely the worse company I have ever brought from and I won't be making the same mistake again
