Ordered a cash stash thing for my OH and I've just had an order despatched e-mail and I haven't spent any money

5 dispatched:j (2 silly bandz, cash stash, coin stash & instant snow)
rest cancelled

I ordered 9 things.

I got a despatch email for one item, then I checked the order history, 1 has been despatched (like it says)

3 say they have been cancelled without any emails.

the others say processing... hmm.

This is for my can of fake snow, that I bloody least wanted, never would have paid £3.99 for it! I just thought fun stocking filler for free.... funny thing is I still haven't heard anything about my orders that I have paid for! what is going on at IWOOT HQ???
Never mind, i'm getting something for free which I am very excited about!! woo hoo

Just checked the other orders and all are saying cancelled in past orders! the cheek when they have my money! I have emailed them saying that!! see what i get back!

all 3 of my free orders been despatched now

My 2 processing orders now say cancelled (I received a stress banana yesterday). This despite having an email from them this afternoon saying my order had definitely not been cancelled.

Like many others, I shall not be buying anything from them, nor from the hut as they seem one and the same company.

ASOS on the other hand, have already had a "real" order from me.

Think they might have shot themselves in the foot with this one.

I just got the apology email too, so I guess that means I'll be recieving it now? I was confused when I got the dispatch one earlier today? :rotfl: Well, it is really good news anyway!:j
