Mines still not been dispatched although it finally has changed to 'awaiting dispatch' might actually get it before xmas

I had my one order of the handwarmer delivered today. Not worth the money but seeing as I didn't pay for it, OK for a freebie. Great they honoured it.

I still have had no reply to my complaints but had my money refunded. Still think they were in breach taking the money and the way they have ignored many people has made me tell everyone i see not to order from them- cant help wonder if their tv ads are tryign to draw people in after all this?
