I have had all my emails ignored but my money has come back into my account. Despite being an o2 customer as well.

will eb avoiding ...i found most of what i ordered in poundland anyway!

after e mailing them asking where my refund was as the money had been taken out of my account i got this reply.

Hi there

Thankyou for your email.

Your order has been cancelled and therefore no money will have have been taken from the account as we only do so when the order is despatched.

Please get in contact if you need further assistance.

I can not belive any company would not have record their end confirming they had taken money from my account as it was clearly on my online statment!
anyway check my bank account an the money has been refunded just quite schocked at thier customer service I really didnt mind if they didnt honour theses or that they had taken the money if they had apolgised for taking the money an sent a refund but to get this kind of responce i will not be using this company again.

Just to add some balance, I received my addictaball yesterday. I only placed one order and am not an O2 customer. I got the original email telling me I couldn't use the code etc etc etc then the second email apologising and saying I would receive it after all. Then I got a third email apologising it had not yet been sent but that it would be soon. Then it arrived yesterday in a RM van with some ASOS orders (not sure how long it had been waiting at the sorting office for someone to bring it out cos they seem to have a backlog at the mo).

Great little gift for my secret santa for not much money!

Hope everyone else still struggling gets a positive outcome.

Received my iwoot stuff today! Got the egg timer and veg box planter! The van came very early with 2 iwoot parcels and the last of my asos parcels plus as i opened the door it was snowing and everywhere was covered! Felt like Christmas came early with all the parcels and snow! lol!

I sent an email a couple of days ago asking where my order was as want to give it as a Christmas pressie. Got an email back today to say the delivery date is just an estimate and my order would be dispatched in 48 hours. Will just have to wait and see.

To my great suprise ive just recieved an email saying my little handwarmer has been despatched x
I only made one order and this is the first time theyve emailed me .

Me too! I made 3 orders on there & not received anything so far, so fingers crossed
