ive been trying to get through to them for 2 hours now. all i get is some sarcastic woman called tina who keeps questioning who i am saying my postcode is wrong. could also hear her slagging me off in the background with another worker there when i was trying to place an order for an experience day for my OH...

have you checked order history? i thought mine had been deleted coz they had disappeared but they have in fact been despatched

Ive not recieved any cancellation emails or anything but its still sitting on the order history as 'processing' no idea if its going to come - it says the estimated date of dispatch is 31/12 if it is then I wish I hadn't bothered as it was meant to be a christmas present the damn annoying thing is on their site it says its in stock and dispatched within 24hrs - have emailed them having a bit of a moan

Recieved my order today :j so there dispatch email was true then! What a kerfuffle with the cancelling emails. So happy to have got it though :beer: a nice little addition to my sisters christmas prezzie (ordered the Le Whiff triple pack)

i got 3 orders today :j:j

nice little things for the christmas fair next week, defenately wouldnt pay for them. i got the egg timer, head massager and candle bags.

i have also had despatched emails for the nothing ball, coin keyring, small corkscrew and box of veg
