Received a cancellation email last night, just received a despatched email & an apology email too!!
Very confusing but fingers crossed everyone

Ok so I did 2 orders on one account and then 3 orders on a 2nd one.

The 3 orders on the second one have all been despatched but the first 2 are showing in my account history as cancelled but no cancellation email as yet. Is anyone getting despatch emails for itmems that are showing in their account as cancelled?

I ordered 3 things: Lucky 4-Leaf Clover, AA Batteries and Crayon Pens respectively. I also got an order dispatch email toay, stating that the Crayon Pens have been sent...

Seems they just take the last item of the multiple orders (before they put a stop to the code) and honour it as usual....wish it was the 4-Leaf Clover though, ah well.

ya'll sound so lucky haha... i hope they sort my order out. I want to know whether they've been cancelled or despatched or what...

Even if they've been cancelled I wouldn't mind, I just want to know rather than wait, the estimated despatch date on most of the was for the 24th of November which is getting on for two days ago now.

both my orders say cancelled in my order history but i did get an email earlier in reply to mine saying my orders had been cancelled in error and are not being sent to me. no idea whats going on lol

grrrrr dont know wats goin on just emailed them reminding them about there terms with regards to them taking money out my account i have had 4x99p and 3x2.99 taken from my account had the blanket email and then 6 separate emails still missing 4 emails though will await there reply hope they honour my orders as i did infact pay them
