Had a cancellation email last night.......but today I have had "your items have been despatched " email ! Very strange0

Just sent them an email saying 'My order has been cancelled. Your terms and conditions state that once a card has been charged, a valid transaction has taken place. Since money has already left my account, can I assume this cancellation email was wrong and that my order will be honoured?'

I'm in limbo really here, had a cancellation e-mail to one account but not to the other two I ordered on which were all single item purchases. However, the status of the orders hasn't changed so I don't have a clue whats going on. Anyone else in the same boat?!0

Yes me, I have three separate orders, and they all still indicate 'Processing'. I've still not had any cancellation or despatch e-mails.0 -

My status has changed to despatched in my account as well. The rest just still say processing.:starmod:C'est la vie:starmod:0
