i received a 'all your orders have been canceled' email yesterday. i wasnt too bothered about that tbh. today i have received 2 despatched emails and when i go into my account it says 5 has been despatched?!? btw all my orders cost nothing

I also had the email saying all my orders had been cancelled but about an hour ago i recieved 4 emails saying my orders had been dispatched. Very confusing as i cant seem to find the orders in the order history either!

Not that fussed if they turn up. A bonus if they do but not the end of the world if they dont, lol

Well, now I'm completely confuddled...!!!!

Had the blanket email yesterday, so emailed them via the web site with this:

Hi, I have received an email from yourselves informing me that you have cancelled my orders as the promotion I used was only for top up customers to O2.

I am an O2 payg customer which is, I presume, the same thing? My number is.......................

You also state that it was one promotion per customer. I used the codes from 3 different O2 payg family members, numbers are .................... to order on the same account, so I apologise as I didn't realise I could not do that.

Also though, I can't find where it limits to one use of each promotion per customer, so I would be grateful if you could point me in the right direction.

me too! had the cancelled on one account, then dispatched today and it seems to have vanished from my account history! All others are sat there with processing on them, had cancellation orders stating that no money is taken until dispatch, yet low and behold lots of £1.99's have been taken from my account! i'll be a very happy bunny if they all magically turn up, but not sure how long to wait before demanding my refunds! like it's been said before time and time again, if the order isn't there or won't be honoured don't take our money!! we are only trying to save a few pound!!! wait and see i guess, anyone else received anything????

BTW the one order they have told me has been dispatched is the 1 free one! the paid for are still apparently cancelled! Ha

All of my 3 orders just say 'Processing'. I've not received the cancellation or despatch e-mails. I hope I haven't been forgotten about...

I've also had this! Had email telling me they had cancelled order last night - this afternoon I had a dispatch email??? Maybe the dispatch email is automatic or...I don't know....

Well, if I do get it, it's just a superb suprise as I'd written that off completely :T

And if not then, nothing lost :rotfl:
