I really am an o2 customer but it isnt worth arguing about - shame though cos i wanted that spider catching thingy!!0 -
My oder cancelled but the 4.99 has been taken from my account. THis is ridiculous. If they weren't going to honour it they shouldn't have taken my money. God knows when i'll get that back.0

I have an order update email saying sorry your order hasnt been despatched yet we have contacted supplier and order should be with you shortly (or summin along those lines) BUT.... i actually did get the o2 suprise voucher, it doesnt actually come as a voucher its an email then you click on the link and voucher is added automatically at checkout. Maybe they have a way to find out who added the voucher themselves or something???0

I'm miffed that some people got hundreds of things but they wouldn't even honour one of mine. Like someone earlier they emailed my o2 account to tell me. I also have an iphone on o2 top up for my son and an o2 contract for my step daughter as well as an o2 contract for my own iphone. Bah. Ah well you win some and you lose some but I tend to lose all of them.
I agree. I am an O2 customer however just noticed it's prepay customers only and I'm on contract, so I expect I'll probably get a cancellation email soon. As I ordered the mini hand hottie and it seems quite popular, I expect even if they do honour it it'll probably be sold out by the time they get round to packing my order.
Ah well, my ASOS orders have been despatched so I can't complain!0 -
I've had 2 cancellation emails, the first saying both orders had been cancelled and no money taken. The second saying they HAD taken the £1.99 for my second order and were refunding it (no sign of it yet and the £1.99 only came out yesterday?)
I'm surprised they cancelled both, I'd have thought they'd just have cancelled one and put through the one where they at least made £2 but never mind, I'm SO glad I didn't waste hours ordering hundreds of things!Make £25 a day in April £0/£750 (March £584, February £602, January £883.66)
December £361.54, November £322.28, October £288.52, September £374.30, August £223.95, July £71.45, June £251.22, May£119.33, April £236.24, March £106.74, Feb £40.99, Jan £98.54) Total for 2017 - £2,495.100 -
