Right i am very annoyed. I rang them up, I got through to the order line because their customer service bit was shut. I told them that my order had been cancelled and that I was an o2 customer so I'm not sure why it got cancelled, and a VERY rude woman answered. After i had finished telling her what had happened she said that it wasnt her problem and that she just works there, i wasnt rude in the way i spoke but then after explaining to her i wanted my order placed again she told me that she will charge me £5 whether i was an o2 customer or not. After i said that i should have £5 off she said that i was clearly lying and having her on and i should take my prank calls else where? the fact she said she will place the order on my account without the £5 off was enough to make me hang upsince i had my bank details on the site!!:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:Who would say I couldn't make you mine? You were mine since th' beginning of time. Who would say we were far apart? You ever reside in the core of my heart?

Need to rename the website... "I may want one of those but seems I'm not gonna get it"
I've also had the cancellation email despite being an o2 Customer. How disappointing.0 -
Me too ... oh well, nothing ventured and all that!0

From their terms and conditions ... Any orders placed by you will be treated as an offer to purchase the goods or services from us and we have the right to reject such offers at any time. You acknowledge that any automated acknowledgment of your order which you may receive from us shall not amount to our acceptance of your offer to purchase goods or services advertised on the Website. The conclusion of a contract between you and us will take place when we (i) debit your credit or debit card or (ii) dispatch the goods to you or commence the services, whichever is the earlier.
For those who have had money taken then told it will be refunded and the sale not completed would have thought that breached their terms?
Personally I can't be bothered to wrestle with them but for those who feel strongly?0 -
Mine also cancelled, was looking forward to that and they would have got a £1 out of me. And my partner is with O2
Oh well0 -
I've just had an email to say they have cancelled my order because I am not a customer of 02 and could only be used once per customer?! Not sure what that's about. I had ordered 2 items so after the voucher should have been charged £1.98 but they've taken 56p from my account and said they would refund it. Have no idea what's gone on there.
Sorry just seen other people have had the same problems too. Do I need to cancel my order?0
