    3 of my 4 have been cancelled! :(

    I thought this might happen - but if they want a code that only works once per customer, why not generate individual codes? They might have known that something like this would happen and have probably had to work hard to correct it.

    Edit: Actually I think they have all been cancelled. Yet in "My Account" on IWOOT, they are still shown as processing. Hmm...

    All of mine have been cancelled despite me being an o2 customer. I can't say I'm that surprised but I'm not happy about it.
  • Think they are refunding cards for those who paid something towards the items.

    My order history is still saying processing, nothing mentioned about cancelled! although the Estimated dispatch date is also 24th Nov on most of them and they clearly don't seem to have been dispatched! Would have been nice if one slipped through the net....never mind! thanks anyway x

    and my bf is an o2 customer who mailed me what to order as he was at work! That is disgusting

    I'm miffed that some people got hundreds of things but they wouldn't even honour one of mine. Like someone earlier they emailed my o2 account to tell me. I also have an iphone on o2 top up for my son and an o2 contract for my step daughter as well as an o2 contract for my own iphone. Bah. Ah well you win some and you lose some but I tend to lose all of them.

  • i emailed customer services to tell them i was an 02 customer and i wouldnt be using them again or recommending them to friends.

    hurrah for asos who honoured their codes!

    It has to be an o2 top up account so if you email them to tell them youve not pleased i would give your sons top up account and not your contract one as its only valid for prepay customers :)
