    Mine have been cancelled too, BUT I am an O2 customer!
  • mine cancelled with same O2 customer email, how rude of them to assume that we are not O2 customers!
  • Email below received from IWOOT - I am an O2 customer but on contract so obviously it wasn't meant to be.

    "Thank you for placing your orders with us. Unfortunately, as our promotion is only open to top up customers of O2 and is then only valid once for each such customer, we have cancelled your orders. No payment has been taken from your account."

    Took them a long time to figure it out - must have lost thousands of pounds as so many people did get their orders! Can feel a little less guilty now if my order had arrived! :o

    Also not sure how they knew I wasn't an 02 customer - can' t believe someone is cross checking all the records...

    This was my email lucky those who got their orders especially the one on hukd who got boxes of stuff. Safe to say i am unlikely to shop there again !!

    maybe, but mine said that yesterday then went back to processing, have had mine cancelled too.

  • Well i only placed one order and paid £1.99 towards it,so it wasnt even a freebie - Ive just got an email to my 02 phone saying 'sorry weve cancelled because youre not an 02 customer' - Oh the irony!!
    As it happened ive just topped up my phone and used my 02 suprise code online and guess what? One of the three suprises i could choose from was this frickin' code!!!!

    So ive emailed them - Told them clearly they are mistaken because not only have they emailed me at my 02 email adress to tell me im not an o2 customer,but they have also refunded my money to my 02 credit card! And that if they like i can send the email ive got with the code in it that says i am an o2 customer and that i won the code for use on their site.

    So lets see what they have to say eh? I mean really.... 'sorry you are not an 02 topup customer but we will email you at your 02 email adress and refund you to your 02 credit card ... Even though you are not an 02 customer' :rotfl:
    Having a coke with you
    is even more fun than going to San Sebastian, Irun, Hendaye, Biarritz, Bayonne
    or being sick to my stomach on the Travesera de Gracia in Barcelona
