You need to sign into the account you made your order on and then go to contact information and scroll down to the bottom of the page to send them a message.
Dont reply to the email they sent you as you wont get a responce. HtH

I have had a cancellation to one of my accounts and not the other, also stating that it was only one per customer and I only ordered one so doesn't seem a valid reason to cancel imho. Also still showing as processing in my account which is odd. Nothing ventured nothing gained but always disappointing when these things don't come off.

grrrr had 6 orders cancelled all mine i paid over 3 quid for money being refunded

maybe if people never went and told them about the code, everyone would of got their orders. I only got all mine i think as I ordered mine at 12am before code came on this site

well dont think much of this company
I dont mind they have cancelled the orders but too take the money out of my account first then send a email saying they are going to refund onto my card the four orders i paid extra for. what was the point? thought they would only take the money once the item was going to be dispatched?
They even took the wrong amount out for one of the orders? luckly it was for.56p rather than the 1.98 it should have been but does not instill confidance in me to use them again.


ironically the only order which came up as being dispatched is one that I paid nothing for !!!
