You win some you lose some!0 -
Huh, well might be quids in after all, they've now sent me 8 emails telling me they're going to refund my £1.99 (which they have already debited by the way!)
Strange goings on at IWOOT towers0 -
I ordered two things yesterday, one arrived today and them i got an email saying they cancelled the other item of the order as the voucher was only for 02 customers.0

From their terms and conditions ... Any orders placed by you will be treated as an offer to purchase the goods or services from us and we have the right to reject such offers at any time. You acknowledge that any automated acknowledgment of your order which you may receive from us shall not amount to our acceptance of your offer to purchase goods or services advertised on the Website. The conclusion of a contract between you and us will take place when we (i) debit your credit or debit card or (ii) dispatch the goods to you or commence the services, whichever is the earlier.
For those who have had money taken then told it will be refunded and the sale not completed would have thought that breached their terms?
I might use this as the money had already left my account when I got the email.
I have also just seen on the bottom of one of their pages it says they are part of the hut group. Why am I not surprised?:(0 -
I've not yet received the cancellation e-mails for my orders; however I will be a bit miffed if they do cancel them. Even though both my wife and I are on Orange, my 3rd cousin twice removed used to be an O2 customer and so surely that counts. Plus I only placed 3 orders and so I didn't go overboard!!! (although they were all for 4.99 and so didn't involve me spending any money).
Moreover, I bought something from IWOOT earlier in the year and so I am obviously a loyal customer.0 -
I have 9 things waiting for me at the post office to be collected tomorrow! Maybe I was just lucky0
