Right well consider me more confused that ever - Ive just had a dispatch email! Even though last night i got a cancelled email! !!!!!! is going on?!?! What a strange and stupid company they seem to be!!

i got the blanket - "we have cancelled all your orders email on 24/11", i then got 3 further emails relating to individual orders saying they had been cancelled and a refund has been issued. just checked my card and they have infact, taken the money and not issued a refund ? bizarre.

i had two despatched and one says processing, i messaged them asking how long it would be processing as it said estimated despatch yesterday! they relied very quickly and said it will be despatched within the next 24 hours, so that is 3 out of 3 for me, very pleased

Well they proabably have lol. I mean really - how much common sense does it take to either cancel them or honour it and dispatch them? They dont seem to know their ar5e from their t!t ... On an upside the postman just came - delivering me my dj hero which i won from my last 02 suprises code so at least ive had some good luck today

It seems my above post was right and they dont know their ar5e from their t!t! Ive just received another email from them in reply to my query about why it was cancelled when i am infact an o2 customer... it was apologising for the inconvienence and saying they seem to have a fault with the discount codes that they are trying to resolve and that my order has in fact been dispatched.... :cool:
Im not gonna hold my breath though - they are clearly imbeciles.

had the blanket ALL your orders have been canceled

had individual emails canceling orders.

now on my account i have a status of dispatched for one of mine !

Just thinking, are those that have been despatched after the blanket email was received orders that spent actual money?

Maybe it's because of their terms that the contract is done and dusted after taking money, they've decided to honour those?

I recieved the cancellation email too but just received a dispatch email for an item which was free when used with the code
