I got a cancellation email last night (below) but I just called them as they have taken the money from my account & they said they are having IT issues & to rest assured that the order will be despatched. So a wait and see...

Edit: Just had a failed cancellation because the item is awaiting despatch - This account is the one that I received the cancellation e-mail for so maybe hope is not lost!0 -
Just gone onto the IWOOT website to check my account and my orders have disappeared. They have been moved to the previous order section and each has 'cancelled' next to them.
I still haven't received any e-mails from them...
I'm sad now...0 -

Got emails refunding all my orders (3) for which I paid the extra required yesterday - finally just checked my account and all orders have now disappeared. Just need to make sure refunds to back on my card.
I guess they have a huge backlog to work through... ah well on the the next grabbit!0 -
day before yesterday had an email saying order had been cancelled!!! todays email informs me that my order has been dispatched!!! weird0

Never received any cancellation emails but i've just received a despatched email for one of my £4.99 order. (Placed 2 £4.99 orders) Hoping i'll get the same result with my other order.0

i think its safe to say i wont be ordering from these ever. i had never ordered from them in the past but unlike asos who just get it over and done with these seem to be cancelling but then uncancelling so its very confusing to know what has happened! ive had the e mails saying all have been canceled but when i queried them saying i was an o2 customer i got told they would be despatched but 1 says despatched and another says awaiting processing or something. quite disgusted at whats happened with them taking money out of peoples accounts. i hope all those who paid get their money back if their items dont arrive but this is a very unprofessional company and i definitely wont attempt to order from them in future. xWho would say I couldn't make you mine? You were mine since th' beginning of time. Who would say we were far apart? You ever reside in the core of my heart?
