Yes i emailed them and yes i am an 02 top up customer. I emailed them last night with all my 02 account information and pointed out that i paid with an 02 credit card which you can only have if youre on 02. They emailed me back twice to apologise,once early afternoon and once again before to say it was definitely on its way and i also got a dispatch email before either of the apology emails. HtHHaving a coke with youis even more fun than going to San Sebastian, Irun, Hendaye, Biarritz, Bayonne
or being sick to my stomach on the Travesera de Gracia in Barcelona0 -
Good at least they're honoring their customers - I think thats the reasoning for the blanket email cancelling everything so they don't have to work out who the O2 customers are... the customers have to do the work and contact them!

I got the cancellation email, then the apology, no despatch email yet.
I didn't contact them but I am an O2 top up Customer.

Yes, I ordered the circle candle bags, I got the order cancelled email last night, but today I got an email saying my order has been despatched and then this evening got an apology email.
I only ordered one thing, and I'm an O2 customer (but on contract, not payg). I did try to email them, but stupidly replied to the 'no reply' email address, so it bounced back and I didn't bother logging in to my account and trying to email them from there.0 -

Sounds like they must be rechecking the the databases against each other.... what a lovely job for someone! Wonder if its the same person that messed up the whole scheme in the first place! :eek:0

My order came on Wednesday, so a lot quicker than IWOOT estimated. Delivery time was excellent, packaging was fine, but there wasn't a little bag of 10p sweets in the envelope, which is probably why I tend to use Firebox over IWOOT, on reflection.
It's the small things in life!
