Wonder what they will do about ones they have taken money from ?

Never mind it was worth a try! Only put though 2 orders but looks like they have both been cancelled. Glad to hear some people have been lucky :-)

Hi all,

I have just had a couple of emails cancelling my orders, explaining that the offer was only valid for o2 customers and should not have been available for me to use.

I did only place a couple of orders and did want the items so will probably re-order.

i got my orders cancelled, ive replied to them telling them to check with o2 and that i am an o2 customer. i get this surprise code every time ive topped up and ive just never thought to use the codes i get anyway!

It is the top up reward thing. Ive just got one lol. Its on the silver rewards though so its for a £10 top up if you 'hook the right duck' on the game on the 02 site. I usually only play the gold rewards but only topped up £10 today because ive still got loads of free calls and didnt need the £15 top up. Last time i topped up i won DJ hero! :beer: So the prizes are a lot more worth it these days.

I'm gutted!! was really excited about these. I ordered a couple of things, diff email addresses and had same message on both! I actually paid something towards most items too!

Just wondering if the order history on the site has also disappeared or says cancelled or something, for everyone who's already had a cancellation email.

I'm also an O2 customer, just never bothered with the codes before.

How can they cancel legitimate orders then?

I can't complain though, had a free stress thingy this morning, did 3 orders altogether so guess the other 2 will be cancelled.

I ordered a few bits too and they were over a fiver so I paid something towards them but mine are now cancelled. A bit disgusted with IWOOT as it was their balls up, I feel they should honour the orders, I certainly wont be buying from them again in future.
