I have not contacted them yet I keep seeing some people are shocked by their customer service but this site is owned by THE HUT and if any of you have dealt with them recently their customer service bad.

Should really read all this thread but have been without my laptop for a few days so just catching up.

I placed two orders and I have checked my emails and I have not had ONE email from IWOOT. So I thaught oh maybe they have dispatched them without emailing me. Anyway I checked and they have cancelled them both without even emailing me?? Bit cheeky really lol?

So would anyone be kind enough to update me on whats gone on and if theres anyway I could contact them or something to ask why they cancelled as I am an o2 customer?

They cancelled one of my orders saying it was an O2 code so (fuelled by a glass of wine ) I furiously emailed back that I top up my DD's O2 phone and she passed the code to me as she's not yet 16 and not legally able to form a contract as she's a minor (hey it sounded good!)

They apologised and said sorry, email sent in error.

I have since received 2 orders, 1 further despatch email and 3 more that are showing as processing on the site.

Saying that, the crayon pen, I thought was a set of pens, and on the website it does say Crayon Pens - only further down the blurb does it say pen but who reads that when there's a potential freebie

BTW the fool-proof egg timer - try poundland. I had never cooked a soft boiled egg before I got this :rotfl:

Hmm i am a top up o2 customer so if I email them stating this will I get the orders or will I have to prove that I got the code through a top up? To be honest my allowance has now ran out and I could do with topping up anyway!

I received one of my free items today, along with one of the items that I paid 99p in total for. I still have one more item which I am waiting for, the vegetable box thingy, hopefully that shall be with me soon!

Do they seem to just be honouring the people that didn't completely take advantage of this offer, or does it seem to just be luck as to whether you get your items or not?
I have ordered from them in the past, so I am not sure whether that would have helped my case at all?
