3 orders dispatched. 5 cancelled. I am an O2 cutomer but with a contract, not PAYG. It seems a bit random. Thanks OP.0

I ordered one item (£4.95) and got the cancellation email.
I simply emailed them back and pointed out I was an O2 pre-pay customer and that I had only placed one order. Therefore as I had fufilled their conditions, I looked forward to the reinstatement of my order.
I got an email apologising saying my order had been cancelled mistakenly and that they would process it as normal.

Well, I'd almost forgotten about this! Logged in and my order has just disappeared from the account order history page with no cancellation email. Have sent them an email asking why and telling them how awful their CS is not to even sent an email telling me. Also included my O2 phone number and have asked them to reinstate the order. Grr!
Congrats to those who are getting the items! I'm surprised by their CS actually because I've ordered from them many times before and it's always been excellent.0 -
I got my order. :j I picked it up from the post office yesterday. When i got there they gave me two boxes though, but i only did the one order. It seems theyve sent me two,i emailed them to tell them but they told me to keep it  As an apology for all the inconvienience they caused with the cancellation emails etc. So thats me super pleasedHaving a coke with youis even more fun than going to San Sebastian, Irun, Hendaye, Biarritz, Bayonne

I could only find a 'contact us' via their website query form. No reply as yet though.0 -

If anyone else has another email address hopefully they'll post it, I'd like to try and contact them again too as they're taking so long. Maybe they're just swamped with emails at the moment!0 -
Again usual rubbish as everyone else has had....I emailed and complained as IWOOT were happy to take plenty of money from my account I thought they should honour their mistake! I told them just this as all my orders had been cancelled (except one that had been un-cancelled), This was there very vague and not specific to my questions, answer.....

As far as i'm concerned it my money shouldn't have been taken in the first place until dispatch, which is what I was originally told. Like previous people have said, really bad customer service. I don't think they have done themselves any favours in the way they have dealt with this fiasco and I think they have cost themselves a lot of future business. I did receive my free can of fake snow (then it snowed heavily all weekend!!!!!). But all orders that I paid something towards have been cancelled, I 'm hoping my money will be refunded by tomorrow or else I will be complaining again! I complained using standard email address as above also.
In addition to the egg timer, the head massagers are also in poundland priced....£1! £4 cheaper than IWOOT! I like there little novelty bits, but it is over priced!!0
