This is not even anything to do with the offer - it's about the way a member of staff has spoken to a customer whether the customer be right or wrong. This is not acceptable under any circumstances and one would deserve respect from a member of staff whether it be a big bloke going off on one or a defenseless female such as in this case taking what amounts to abuse.Please do not quote spam as this enables it to 'live on' once the spam post is removed.

I work at Argos and I'd like to say I'm sorry for the way you were treated Tina. I wouldn't even dream of talking to a customer like that regardless of the situation. People like that who make the people who take pride in our jobs look bad don't deserve to represent the company.I try to help as much as I can. But I'm also honest and speak my mind.

Just out of interest, who are you addressing your letter of complaint to and where are you sending it? If I were you I wouldn't bother with Customer Services - you should get better luck posting a letter for the attention of Sara Weller (Managing Director) at the following address:

If you don't get a satisfactory reply from whoever you've already contacted then I'd definitely write to Sara. It may take a few days but you should definitely hear back doing it that way.

Managed to get 2 for £2.50 yesterday - very nice man fiddled about with the figures until he got it to the price on my confirmation - no probs! Very happy :jYou can't have everything.........where would you put it?0

Tina, dont supose your store was Bromborough by any chance. My DH was dealt with exactly the same with a glitch earlier this year and was also told he was a thief. I wont be trying any glitch's again with Argos for the way we where dealt with0
