Argos skateboard glitch 2 for £2.50!!

I thought I had some reserved, just checked my orig email and realised they wernt reserved. On off chance checked on site and was able to still reserve 2 just now in the same store for the £2.50 price for the pair.

Let battle comence tomorrow....

Cannot tell you how MAD I was, but also how thoroughly ashamed I was too because the store was packed and he made me feel and look an inch tall. I doubt he would have had the courage to speak to a man like that!

Hi thanks op for the heads up, jumbaya, that's what's happened to me no matter how many times she tried putting it through the checkout it kept on trying to give me an extra discount, she was lovely though and not nasty at all and even muttered there was no way the computer was gonna tell her it was charging more when she had a printout to say it was a different price, so result a pressie each for my two boys and even better I remembered that I had an argos gift card in my purse that would pay for it so didn't even have to fork any money out today :T:j:rotfl:

Thank heavens we are talking about £3.12 and not £312! Every penny counts but I'm not going to lose sleep over £3.12

WOW... I have managed to reserved two in the hitchin store both for
£2.50 let's hope thats what I get charged i will let u know x

Oh email and try and reserve some more even if not that local, just to prove the point that they are still offering them at that price, its their fault they have known about this long enough to fix it. It's one thing refusing but its not acceptable to be so rude!!

I have emailed and I have 2 lots reserved at different stores which I reserved after I was refused them and told that the glitch was fixed!!

Went to pick mine up today got charged £5.37 for both wasn't going to quibble though as thats 2 gifts out of the way for just over a fiver. :j

the fort in Glasgow were having none of it either the manager was a stuck up ........... not sure if there any grounds to stand on??? anyone??? showed her the email etc but it was a flat NO! have got one reserved for tomorrow still not too bad at £3.75 when they were £10
