Hiya, does anyone know whether you can use the vouchers for items you 'Reserve and Collect' from the website?
Thanks in advance0 -

Sorry, my mis-wording. When I said Voucher number, I mean the CODE on the Gift Guide. :embarasseI miss too many pages due to work so if you need an answer from me, please send me a PM.

I'll tell them that I entered their competition in good faith and won a prize, and for the privilege, I've had to sign up to their marketing list so that they can spam me with offers.
Exactly, I wish you luck - but hope you don't need it.
Just a couple more vouchers for me to use and that's it, not too sure what I want though (I might get the oven cleaner).
The rest of the codes I've been giving away.

Thanks to Bensonsmum for my code but I think we will all be waiting until the end of next week before we get our emails. ANYWAY it will give them a chance to stock up on the <£5 items that have all disappeared from the shelves.I miss too many pages due to work so if you need an answer from me, please send me a PM.

Have just been refused one of my pre-ordered items. I reserved two kettles, one for me and one for my 90 year old mother who has ill health and cannot travel. I used two genuine different accounts and emails but that wasn't the reason I was refused - it was because they said I was the same customer. I explained about my mother, how the kettles were ordered separately with different emails, and why would I want two identical kettles for myself? They wouldn't budge. I said ok, then, what if I go out and come in again to get the second one. He said not allowed because I was still the same customer and they would remember me. I asked him what my mother was then, if she wasn't a customer. He waffled on about company policy and clamping down on SAs, as their tills were being checked for 'dodgy' voucher transactions at end of day. I thought about handing the coupon to the person behind me in the queue and asking them to get it for me, but by this time I had just about had enough and felt angry and embarrassed and scuttled out.
I'm rarely in that area (none of these kettles in my local store), so will give her mine and buy my cheapo kettle from Morrisons or Tescos - never to set food in Currys/PC World again. I can't believe they would only consider my mother a customer if she came in in her wheelchair, frail and unwell.“Rain drops are not the ones who bring the clouds.”0
