Hiya, does anyone know whether you can use the vouchers for items you 'Reserve and Collect' from the website?

    Thanks in advance :)

  • I paid for my printer paper with a voucher today, the person who served me (Tom) couldn't have been nicer and he put the voucher through with no problems. (portsmouth)

I havnt tried using my voucher yet..just wondered..can they ask for our postcode and surname..surely we dont have to give it as we already have to enter the competition?

  • I think only one person has said they were asked for their surname and postcode.

    @ Raine E Day...

I know it must be frustrating but its really not their fault.

The T&C's clearly state one per household and whilst I understand you wouldn't have been breaking this rule, they don't know that and may well have got a b*llocking if they had allowed you to use both vouchers.

IF IT WAS THE PC WORLD IN PORTSMOUTH THEY HAVE BEEN FANTASTIC WITH THE PROMOTION ACCEPTING MORE THAN ONE VOUCHER

My vouchers didn't mention household or customer, stating one voucher per transaction. It was two separate orders, on two separate transactions. I think they changed the T & Cs to one per customer, when the panic set in. I do understand about the SA - it's not him I'm objecting to, but the whole mismanagement of this and how they are expecting the SAs to minimise their own b*lls up!

I've still got one of the early instant download vouchers and it does say one per customer and one per transaction, so ur best bet is to go another day or ask someone else to go.

:undecided.......and mine doesn't mention one per customer, just one voucher per transaction. Anyway, I'm over using this voucher now - too much hassle.
