Hello all,
Am in termoil between new telephone or digital kitchen scales (to try save pennies and make people shortbread and fudge for xmas) found some scales 9.99...to see web exclusive noooooooooooooooooooooo!
I havnt tried using my voucher yet..just wondered..can they ask for our postcode and surname..surely we dont have to give it as we already have to enter the competition?Need a new start..wheres good to live in the UK?!0 -
I think only one person has said they were asked for their surname and postcode.0

The T&C's clearly state one per household and whilst I understand you wouldn't have been breaking this rule, they don't know that and may well have got a b*llocking if they had allowed you to use both vouchers.0 -

The T&C's clearly state one per household and whilst I understand you wouldn't have been breaking this rule, they don't know that and may well have got a b*llocking if they had allowed you to use both vouchers.
My vouchers didn't mention household or customer, stating one voucher per transaction. It was two separate orders, on two separate transactions. I think they changed the T & Cs to one per customer, when the panic set in. I do understand about the SA - it's not him I'm objecting to, but the whole mismanagement of this and how they are expecting the SAs to minimise their own b*lls up!“Rain drops are not the ones who bring the clouds.”0 -

I've still got one of the early instant download vouchers and it does say one per customer and one per transaction, so ur best bet is to go another day or ask someone else to go.0 -
