Just read the "help" section of the website and it looks like they are indeed removing all magainzes in the next week:
If you haven’t received your gift confirmation by 27th November, please check it has not been delivered to your junk mail / spam folder. If the email has not been delivered to your junk mail / spam folder, please click on the 'Retrieve my gift confirmation' button at the top of the homepage and enter the email address and postcode details you submitted to enter the promotion and a new gift confirmation email will to be sent to you
The promotion itself now says it ends on December 20th.
Regarding being refused in store, it says:
What should I do if my Currys or PC World store won't accept my £5 voucher?
£5 vouchers are limited to one per household and will not be accepted against any multiple transactions.
If you are certain that your £5 voucher is valid and has not been used by you or anyone else, and you have not claimed more than one £5 voucher gift:
please email our Customer Service team with your query in the subject heading to helpme@mrm.co.uk detailing the issue you had. Please include the following information that was submitted when entering the promotion:-

This might be helpful for those who have honestly gone with their one and only voucher only to get grief from the staff.0 -
It's just been another c0ck-up, a voucher for £5 with NO minimum spend. House of Fraser did it last year and thankfully Debenhams and now Currys/PCWorld this year. These are very basic errors from major retailers - long may it continue.
Currys/PCWorld are promoting a £15 million giveaway, but what they are not promoting is they want probably £100 million off their customers for it.
I've got spare codes if anyone wants ONE, bored with it now and nothing I really want now from either store.

Mmm...not sure that they are removing all mags next week.
PCW/Currys are just trying to sort out their incompetence and are now giving themselves a one-week window to do so.
To illustrate the above, I note that their response to a voucher request now advises that an email will be sent to your email address before 27/11/10 to advise you how to download your voucher.
I also note the new T&Cs in the help section at the website, which advise that the £5 vouchers are limited to one per household and also one voucher per transaction. It won't surprise me if the 'new' vouchers state this as well rather than just advising 'one voucher per transaction' as they do currently.

just note down and remember your email address and post code when asking for a voucher. It is very easy to create dummy email accounts via Yahoo and Gmail; just delete them as soon as you get your voucher email. However, if the new voucher T&C's state 'the £5 printed vouchers are limited to one per household and also one voucher per transaction', I will leave it to your discretion; although I'm not sure how they could prove anything if you use multiple vouchers; especially if you use virtual email and dummy postal addresses.
I have done okay out of this deal and have got everything that I wanted.
I have no sympathy for PCW/Currys as it is a totally incompetent company (as Watchdog showed a few weeks ago) and they deserve everything they get.:D:)0 -
The T&C's state "no minimum spend", so surely they won't amend this?? We should know within the next 7 days.
