ddebski I have underlying condition which causes me to get bunged up and had to stop taking the multivits with iron in them at the start and got Lactulose from the Dr as well which helped to get things moving so I second and third the ladies above
Morning everyone
Had 8 hours sleep last night and am knackered....go figure lol....think it might have been running around yesterday afternoon though...was really really sore last night so am thinking possibly a kip this morning then start making up my wee thank you gifts for Saturday
Honey hope you get a babysitter sorted for LO as I think the counselling will defo help you on the way to getting over this rough patch....
Ok labour vibes to those in need and big hugs all round xxxxxxxxxxxxxThe pod landed and produced baby Timothy on 10th March 20110 -

Speak to your MW. Last thing you want is piles.
The other thing I can recommend is plenty of patience and a good book/crossword puzzle/book of wordsearches in the bathroom. If I'm bunged up and I try just to 'go' I get nowt. If I sit there for half an hour or so then I can get 'results'. Sometimes sitting there gets things moving around, but I have to go back later for success. I now have a running joke with DH that I'm 'just popping to do a crossword'Sorry if that's all TMI.
Woke up this morning. Looked in the mirror, and there grinning at me is a coldsore  If I wasn't so far along, then I wouldn't mind at all, I'd just live with it. But with sproglet due anytime I'm really not happy. Last thing I want to worry about during labour is avoiding touching it and trying not to kiss my brand new baby. So I need this baby to be late, and I need to go and get some Compeed patches to put on when I go in to labour. I know it says 'not recommended' but I figure that being in labour should be ok.If having different experiences, thoughts and ideas to you, or having an opinion that you don't understand, makes me a troll, then I am proud to be a 100% crying, talking, sleeping, walking, living Troll. :hello:0 -

Morning ladies, not much to report here so I will lurk for the day......
very exhausted but am sleeping like a log, was rudely woken at 6am by the cat wretching in the bedroom - lovely........
Went to see the king's speech last night, very good, but I wish it hadn't been hyped up so much. Didn't live upto expectations.......
Oh, I had a bump in my car last night too, nothing major, went into the side of a van when changing lanes, completely my fault, my car just a scratch but his has a huge dent in the side of it......more money to shell out for me.......I already have a dent in mine from last bump so need to get them all straightened out before I can sell it.
I honestly don't think I'm safe to be on the roads, I'm lacking serious concentration at the minute. Baby brain is in full effect..............0 -
morning bumpies
i have read back, but i was too busy eating peanut butter and jam on toast to write anything down and Ive forgotton most of it.
Giz, hope everything goes ok at the hospital later and with your wee rabbit.
teenie ((hugs)) hope you are having a better day today and enjoyed your ice cream.
ddebski, ,my SIL had her n1pple peirced years ago and had taken it out years ago too and she breast fed fine.
hngrymummy, tea tree oil might help your cold sore if you dont want to use zovirax etc. hope it clears up in time for baby coming.
My jeans I got from M&P arrived this morning. I got my usual size (18) and they are HUGE! they are under the bump ones, so sit where my normal jeans would sit. I have them on the smallest setting and am having to wear a belt. But when I go to the loo I can get them down without undoing any buttons. I feel that ive lost weight from everywhere except my bump, maybe ive lost more than I thought with all my walking.
Ill have to keep them and wear them as my other ones had wormn a hole in the thigh area.
its mega cold and windy here, but nice and sunny too. It has been snowing through the night a bit too. i have to take DS to nursery at 12 then pick him up at 3pm then wait for DD to finish school at 3.20pm. It will be a cold wait. I just want to stay in all day. Brrrr:santa2::xmastree::santa2:0 -

Dusty - I hope you are ok after your prang. Be careful! Can you not get DH to drive from now on?
Hngrymummy - Sorry about the cold sore. Is Zovirax (sp?) safe to use whilst pg?
Honeypop - Great news about the quick appointment. Hope you find a babysitter ok.
Debs - Yay, welcome back! Congrats on your pregnancy. Are you on the list? x
I'm off to see my friend who had her little boy last week for some lovely newborn cuddlesWhat with her and my sis I am totally spoiled for new babs at the mo. Can't wait for mine to come. MIL is coming round to paint the radiator in the baby's room, so I really should put the curtain pole up otherwise she'll be moaning I haven't done anything
Oh and I have to share. I was reading through my white notes yesterday at all the things the MW had written down, and on the week where I had the crusty nips - she's written it in. That's fine - but she had written "crusty pu$$ y" :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: She meant pus, but it made me laugh.0 -

He doesn't drive. Plus it's the only way I have of getting to and from work. May need to work from home a couple of days a week.
Hilarious notes, :rotfl:.
Just think of all the medical staff that will see your notes since she written it and wonder what on earth is going on.......:rotfl:0
