Arrrgghhh my back is killing me. It hurts to sit down and stand up and its making me grumpy. And I forgot to bring paracetamol to work.

Glavanizer - I got mine at 24 week appointment but it said on my sheet of appointments you could request one earlier if needed and then just go pick it up.

Galvanizer, i would call them up when you get to 20 weeks, then they can post it out to you.

Well remembered!!!!

I eventually phoned the non emergency number (it was in the front of my notes with the midwifes name) and get one of the community midwifes to send it out to me in the end.
