Hello , everyone , been MIA had alot on at work and had to write my letter of notice. All a bit silly if you ask me there is only 4 of us in the office and Ive already told my boss(owner of the company) what I plan on doing but he wants it all formal. Thanks Annibee for your kind offer but as I wasnt on yesterday I went ahead and purchased some and didnt see your post. Thanks anyways and I hope they are usefull to someone else. I managed to get a pair of boyfriend jeans, skinny jeans and some unisex feeding cloths from matalan all for £35 including delivery :money:Well done Apricot on telling your boss. :T Had a "moment" before , was driving the car and I it just hit me " Oh my god Im growing a little part of my OH inside me " was all misty eyed then I was like " Oh god I need to actually push it out my lady bits ":eek:Feeling a tad overwhelmed , dont think OBEM helpedThanks to MSE for making it possible for me save to buy my new flat , yay !!

The MATB1 form which I have to send my employer - do I get that from the midwife at 28 week appointment?
Yes, you should do, as you get it around 21 weeks (I think) I know its before 25 weeks as this is when you have to let your work know about the pregnancy....
GB - laugh at your little one :rotfl:
Flower - Have you had a sweep or anything yet??
VB - I finished at 38 weeks, but I get bored very easy on my own and I worked at a desk all day - Only been off a week now and dont know what to do with myself, can't concentrate on a book or TV.
I've got arnica for the bath, as it supposed to help with bruising, thought this might be better than ointment/tablets?
My mw just left, baby is fully engaged..... She's booked me in for a sweep next Thursday morning unless there has been an arrival.... looks like another weekend of curry and pineapple :rotfl::rotfl:Challenges - repay all credit cards by end of 2015Starting the savings for retirement :rotfl:

Congratulations brednall and welcome back to the forums. Would you mind just editing the list you've put in your post to add the contraction master timer to the bottom. It sometimes gets missed off and we'll lose it otherwise. Its just this bit

Thanks Chakani for the link, thats the one I was looking for, im of to have a read in a bit.
labour vibes to flower, chakani and SJP.
I got both our cars back today. Thankfully my car passed the MOT first time. Cant beleive its £54 for an MOT!! I remember it being £20 when I first started driving
All in both cars cost just over £250  so a lot at the end of Jan but not as much as I expected tbh. But I still need to tax my car, so thats another £100.
definently on a strict budget this month.:santa2::xmastree::santa2:0 -

Hmmm - I am next due to see midwife at 28 weeks so guessing it will be a bit late as supposed to send off to HR at work by 25?
Wonder if it will come in post?0 -

Afternoon all,
had a bit of a rubbish nights sleep, OH was being all cuddly making it difficult for me to be comfy! I have also been gettign a stretching pain across my chest which is worse when I am lying down.
At least he has been helpful today, text him to ask him to do some hoovering etc and he had done it before i text him!
Vroom - leave whenever you feel you need to. I am not leaving till 1st April but I am coping OK so far and also I think i would just get bored!
I was born in the hospital in OBEM and I came out OK hehe. I agree that they show all the extreme cases. I find it fascinating!
Congratulations Brednall! At least you know what you are letting yourself in for hehe.
Nic - that is quite expensive for MOT! Kwikfit are doing an offer for £20 or something at the moment. At least it passed though!0
